This Whistleblower Policy establishes a mechanism for employees, contractors, partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns about unethical behaviour, fraud, corruption, or any violation of law or company policies—without fear of retaliation.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:

- Protect whistleblowers from retaliation
- Ensure timely and fair investigation of reported concerns
- Foster a culture of accountability and trust
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and any person who has a relationship with Sunny Solar Synergies. Reportable concerns include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, corruption, or bribery
- Financial misconduct or misrepresentation
- Violation of environmental or safety regulations
- Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct
- Breach of confidentiality or data privacy
- Conflict of interest
- Any act that threatens the company's reputation or legal compliance
3. How to Report
You may report concerns through any of the following channels:

- Designated Officer: Contact the Compliance Officer directly
- In writing: Submit a written report to the HR or Legal department
Reports can be made anonymously. However, providing your contact details may help us conduct a more thorough investigation and communicate outcomes.
4. Non-Retaliation
Sunny Solar Synergies strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Retaliation includes harassment, intimidation, termination, demotion, or any adverse employment action. Anyone found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action.
5. Investigation
All reported concerns will be reviewed promptly. Investigations will be conducted objectively and confidentially to the extent possible. We will take appropriate corrective action when wrongdoing is substantiated.
