Terms & Conditions - GoodZero & Zero-Cost Solar Solutions

These Terms and Conditions ("TnC") apply to solar solutions offered under our GoodZero and zero-cost EMI programmes at Sunny Solar Synergies. By availing of these financing options, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Programme Overview

GoodZero and our zero-cost EMI programmes are designed to make solar installations affordable for homeowners and businesses. These programmes enable you to pay for your solar system in easy monthly instalments with 0% or minimal interest, subject to eligibility and partner bank/financing institution terms.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility for zero-cost EMI or GoodZero financing is determined by:

• Creditworthiness as assessed by our financing partners
• Documentation requirements (e.g., ID proof, income proof, property documents)
• System size and project value
• Availability of the programme in your region

Sunny Solar Synergies does not guarantee approval. Final approval rests with the financing institution.

3. Application Process

To apply for GoodZero or zero-cost EMI:

• Submit the required documents as per our financing partner's checklist
• Undergo credit assessment by the financing institution
• Sign the financing agreement if approved
• Pay any upfront amount (if applicable) before installation

4. Tenure and Repayment

EMI tenure and repayment terms are specified in your financing agreement. You are responsible for timely payment of EMIs directly to the financing institution. Default or delay may attract penalties and affect your credit score.

5. Solar System Ownership

Upon completion of installation and payment of the first EMI (if applicable), you become the owner of the solar system. The system is installed at your property, and you are responsible for its use and maintenance as per the installation agreement.

6. Subsidy and Incentives

Where applicable, government subsidies or incentives will be processed as per prevailing regulations. Subsidy disbursement timelines are governed by government agencies and are not under our control.

7. Warranty and Support

Warranty terms for solar panels, inverters, and other components are as per the manufacturer and installation agreement. Our maintenance and support terms remain applicable regardless of the financing option chosen.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation of financing or the project after approval may be subject to charges as per the financing agreement and our cancellation policy. Please review these before proceeding.

9. Changes

These TnC may be updated from time to time. Continued use of GoodZero or zero-cost EMI programmes after changes constitutes acceptance. For existing agreements, the terms at the time of signing will apply.
